Returns and Exchanges

Hatsumi’s Laundry will happily exchange your item/s for another size within 7 days of receipt of your package.  Any exchanges outside this window will not be accepted.  We do not offer exchanges if you change your mind so please choose carefully.


We know how challenging it can be to get lingerie sizing exactly right so feel free to contact us prior to purchasing.

To be eligible for an exchange of goods please note the following criteria:


– Remain in original packaging with all tags attached.

– Have not been WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED.

– For hygiene purposes all Hatsumi’s Laundry goods must have been tried on over your own underwear.


We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet our standards.

Because Hatsumi’s Laundry only offers limited runs we can’t guarantee requested items for exchange will be in stock.  If this is the case, we will refund the original invoice amount (less shipping).


Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer.  Please send all returns via a traceable delivery method.  Hatsumi’s Laundry is not responsible for any package that you send to us.


We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty. If you feel Hatsumi’s Laundry has sent you a faulty item please contact us.


Please allow ten business days for your exchange to be processed.

Please note that the delivery date is an estimated shipping date.  Due to potential, unanticipated manufacturing delays we cannot guarantee dates of delivery for pre-ordered items.


Pre-ordered items are sold on a first come first sold basis.  We will charge your account when the order is placed.


If for any reason we cannot fill your order, a full refund will be issued.


We will accept cancellations of preordered items but for store credit only so please choose carefully.
